Refund Amount Based on Course Progress

  • Before Course Commencement: If a refund request is made before the start of the course, learners are eligible for a 75% refund.
  • After the First Class: A 25% refund is available if the request is made after the first class.
  • After the Second Class: No refunds are provided after the third class.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Enrollment Fees: Enrollment fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Downloadable Content: Refunds do not include any downloadable content provided as part of the course.

Course Cancellation by BAI

  • Refund on Cancellation by BAI: If BAI cancels a course, enrolled learners will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing Time

  • Time Frame for Refunds: We process refunds within 15 days following the approval of the refund request.
